There is nothing like bathing suit shopping to convince you to lose the baby belly that seems to be hanging on.
I have fifteen weeks until the first week in November - which is my deadline. In my own world, I would like to average two pounds a week and be down 30 pounds by then. But, I am trying to keep this realistic - so my goal will be 20 pounds in 15 weeks. That is just a little over a pound a week.
I will be using weight watchers as my diet, and am going to begin the couch potato to 5 km run program on my treadmill, as well as adding in some tummy exercises to target the 'baby belly'.
